Learning Curriculum

At Northcote Point Community Creche ourstrong focus on learning through play fosters curiosity, friendship, confidence, kindness and resilience.

Te Whāriki, the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum is our guiding document, ensuring kaiako (teachers) are providing a creative learning environment that is driven by the strengths and interests of our tamariki.

Strong, reciprocal, collaborative, positive relationships with tamariki (children), parents, whānau (family) and the wider community, ensure that Whanaungatanga is at the heart of all we do.

We aspire for tamariki to leave Northcote Point Community Creche with a strong sense of self and a lifelong love of learning.
